A bit more about me

My first career was in HR and learning & development for technology startups, which fostered an appreciation for creative thinking, organizational psychology, and working with people individually and in groups. This experience was invaluable but left me craving a vocation with people in a more intimate setting.

Since then, I’ve received my M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy and have worked in various clinical settings, including community mental health, the LGBTQ+ center, and youth shelters.

Our therapeutic relationship is about you – but it may be helpful to briefly share a bit of my own experience to emphasize that I will not judge (or “solve”) your troubles. My life and relationships have been transformed through therapy and developing healthy behaviors. I have also been through periods where self-care practices felt entirely out of reach. So if you’re rolling your eyes, I have heaps of patience and understanding for that. I will meet you where you are.

If my perspective speaks to you, I would be honored to collaborate with you to develop your vision for your life.
